The Bureau des Accidents et Catastrophes Magiques (English: Bureau of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes) was a wizarding government agency operating under the jurisdiction of the French Ministry of Magic.
History
In 1927, the Bureau des Accidents et Catastrophes Magiques released two reports: one about Non-Magiques witnessing a magical accident,[1] and one against Catherine Grainhumble, who casted a spell by accident on a Non-Magique.[2]
