The Caged Bathtub was an enchanted bathtub that, by 1890, was kept permanently locked inside a cell in one of the towers on the perimeter walls of Hogwarts Castle.[1]
According to tradition, the bathtub was originally enchanted to chase after Hogwarts students whenever they became too obsessed with their studies to care about their personal hygiene.[1]
