The Campaign Room was the hiding place of Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, in the alternate reality created by Albus Potter and Scorpius Malfoy in their attempts to save Cedric Diggory in 2020. It was located under the Whomping Willow, Hogwarts Ground.

History

In 2020, Albus Potter and Scorpius Malfoy used a Time-Turner to interfere with the Second Task of the 1994–1995 Triwizard Tournament and unintentionally changed the future to another alternate timeline. In this timeline, Lord Voldemort was able to defeat Harry Potter during the Battle of Hogwarts and ruled the wizarding world.

This forced Harry's closest friends Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger to go into hiding. With undisclosed help from Severus Snape, they both hid safely in the Campaign Room.

In 2020, after gaining the trust of Snape, Scorpius was brought to the room, where everyone discussed the original timeline. Eventually, for the first time in years, Ron and Hermione came out of the Campaign Room and distracted the Dementors for Scorpius to go into the Great Lake to restore the timeline.
