Hey, I think there should be an exception for KIAs. I mean murder connotes illegality and immorality, and in war both of those restrictions on human behavior go out the window when concerning the enemy. --JKoch

Delores Umbridge[]
Why is Delores Umbridge in the murderer section? I don't remember her killing anyone, she would've scentenced people and they might have died after that... and she might have been prepared to kill people, but where does it say that she actually murdered someone?
