Catriona McCormack was a British witch who was a Chaser and Captain for the Pride of Portree in the 1960s. She had two children, Meaghan McCormack and Kirley Duke.[1]
Biography[]
She captained her team to two League Cups and also played for the Scottish National Quidditch team thirty-six times. Catriona had two children, Meaghan McCormack (current Keeper for the Pride of Portree) and Kirley Duke (lead guitarist of the Weird Sisters).[1] Catriona McCormack was on the cover of Quidditch Times on 29 February 1964, the magazine's 3000th issue, having been interviewed about her League wins and on "how to wear purple with flair".[2]
Behind the scenes[]
- Catriona's daughter uses the same surname as her, while her son has another. It is possible that she had them with two different men or that her daughter was born out of wedlock.
