Cecil Anderson was a witch or wizard who attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[2]
Biography[]
At some point during their time at Hogwarts they owned a Beater's bat with their name carved into it, which somehow ended up at the bottom of the Great Lake. They also might have owned a bow and arrow with the initials C.A. carved into them, which also ended up at the bottom of the lake.[2]
