A student committee was responsible for the decorations of the Celestial Ball during the 1987–1988 school year in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[1]
History[]
Elections were held in the Hogwarts Library. Sixth year Emily Tyler led a campaign against fourth year Penny Haywood, though Penny was elected regardless.[1]
The committee later made star decorations in the Charms Classroom. Other members included Jacob's sibling, Tulip Karasu, Barnaby Lee and Nymphadora Tonks.[1]
