Mr Warbeck was a Welsh wizard who worked as a minor functionary in the Department of Muggle Relations in the early 20th century.[1]
Biography[]
He met his wife, a Muggle actress, when she was attacked by a Lethifold which had disguised itself as a stage curtain.[1] The couple had at least one child, Celestina, who was born 18 August[1] 1917.[2]
