This Centaur Armour was a suit of armour designed as a peace offering to a centaur leader. The gift was spurned and the messenger was shot through the leg with an arrow. The armour, though battered by hoofmarks, was recovered and housed in the Trophy Room at Hogwarts Castle during the 1890–1891 school year.[1]
