Cornelius Fudge, acting as Chair
The Chair was a position occupied by the witch or wizard who presided over meetings for the Wizengamot, and directed who was able to speak at a given time.[1]
During the disciplinary hearing of Harry Potter in the summer of 1995, Cornelius Fudge filled this position.[1] Three years later, Kingsley Shacklebolt filled the position during the trial of Dolores Umbridge.[2]

- It is unclear how this post relates to the Chief Warlock, which is the leader of the Wizengamot and has the duty of overseeing parliamentary and judiciary proceedings. Fudge was Chair during the disciplinary hearing of Harry Potter, but he was not the Chief Warlock, which suggests they are possibly two distinct roles.
