This wand was nine inches, made of cherry and had a dragon heartstring core, which was said to be "very pliable".
History[]
This wand was manufactured by Garrick Ollivander sometime in or before 1991, and was up for sale in his wand shop Ollivanders in Diagon Alley.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- In Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, it is said that Harry Potter tried out many wands in Ollivanders before finding the right one.[2] Therefore, despite this wand not being explicitly mentioned in the book, it was one of the various unnamed wands Harry tried.
