Chief Attendant of Witchcraft Provisions was a title held by whomever issued and signed the list of supplies required for Hogwarts students. Lucinda Thomsonicle-Pocus was known to have held the position during the 1990s.[1] Hogwarts Headmistress Minerva McGonagall was the Chief Attendant at least in 2008.[2]
