The Chinese Ministry of Magic was the governing body of the wizarding community in China, responsible for enforcing Chinese wizarding laws and upholding the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy.[1]
Like other Asian Ministries, they viewed the game of Quidditch with suspicion, since they had a flourishing trade in flying carpets, and the broomstick was a rarity in the East.[2]
