Chang[4] was a wizard and Auror who lived in the early 20th century.
Biography[]
In 1927, he was one of the Aurors led by Theseus Scamander who were summoned to break-up Gellert Grindelwald's rally at the Lestrange Mausoleum in Paris, France.[1]
Chang was Cho Chang's paternal grandfather.[2]
