Chocolate Raspberry Sundae with Crushed Hazelnut ice cream was invented by Florean Fortescue before 1992. The recipe and his thoughts on the ice cream was recovered by his relative, Lavinia Fortescue, and recorded in Footnotes from a History Buff.[1]
