Claire Carroll is a British actress who portrayed an etiquette teacher in a short clip featured in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
Biography[]
Carroll was born in Hampshire. She got a degree in Fine Art from Kingston Polytechnic, but it wasn't until the late 1990s that she did a post-graduate course at Drama Studio London and launched herself into the profession in 1999.[1]
