These letters of advisement were written by Constance Pickering to various wizarding innkeepers and contained information on how they could modify their kitchens to improve effectiveness of the Inn Charm.[1]
History[]
During the Calamity in the late 2010s and early 2020s, Constance forwarded these letters to wizarding innkeepers everywhere in order to help improve the effectiveness of the Inn Charm cast by a Calamity Investigator working for the Statute of Secrecy Task Force whom she had befriended, as she had come to greatly admire their ingenuity.[1]
