This individual was a wizard who worked for the Department of Magical Law Enforcement within the British Ministry of Magic. He, along with his partner, was killed by Corban Yaxley during Yaxley's attempt to free Dolores Umbridge and use a Time-Turner to bring back Lord Voldemort.[1]
