This individual was a witch or wizard who worked for the Department of Magical Law Enforcement within the British Ministry of Magic. They, along with their partner, were killed by Corban Yaxley during Yaxley's attempt to free Dolores Umbridge and use a Time-Turner to bring back Lord Voldemort.[1]
