This adoption paper concerned Aurelius Dumbledore, who had been renamed "Credence Barebone" by his adoptive mother Mary Lou Barebone.[2]

In 1927, when Credence Barebone and Nagini visited Irma Dugard in Paris, Credence mentioned that her name was on his adoption paper.[1]
