- "The creepers tugged the three witches through the chink in the wall, and the knight was dragged off his steed after them."
- — Description[src]
The creepers were magical vines in the Beedle the Bard story The Fountain of Fair Fortune. They apparently chose who was worthy of getting a chance to bathe in the Fountain, wrapping themselves around said person, then dragging him or her through the wall into the garden. In the story, the creepers selected Asha, but Asha grabbed hold of Altheda, who in turn took hold of Amata, whose clothing got caught on Sir Luckless's armour, resulting in all four ending up inside the garden.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- The creepers are similar to the way the roots of the hedges comprising the maze used in the Third Task of the Triwizard Tournament attacked the champions in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
