A cursed quill was a quill imbued with one or more curses, typically causing harm to those who used it or came into contact with it.[3]
History[]
Dolores Umbridge owned a cursed quill called the Black Quill, a torture device of her own invention which wrote with the blood of the person using it.[3] Eris Foxglove also owned a cursed quill used for the purpose of writing forgeries.[1]
