A Dôme Figue Miel was a dessert created by French confectioner André Leroux.[1]
History[]
In the 2010s, during a shortage of Ice Mice and Pepper Imps from Honeydukes, André established his confiserie in Hogsmeade. Before officially opening, he began giving out free samples of one of his dearest creations, Dôme Figue Miel.[1]
A Muggle-born Hogwarts student, Daniel Page, and Ivy Warrington were worried about the sweets shortage. While they were reunited at the Three Broomsticks Inn, Cassandra Vole and Colby and Fischer Frey told them about the new confiserie and let them try the free samples they obtained. Ivy said it had "too many flavours", and Daniel agreed, saying that it was "all flash, no substance".[1]
When they returned to Hogwarts with the last sweets Mrs Flume was able to gather for them, they found a strange wrapping that looked more like a piece of parchment. When Daniel accidentally dropped one of the Dôme Figue Miel free samples over the paper, it filled with letters that looked like a recipe. The student decided to ask Mrs Flume about it. When they arrived at Hogsmeade, the student met André Leroux while he was giving away some free samples. The student was able to identify Acacia Honey as one of the ingredients, to André's surprise.[1]
