David Robb (born 23 August 1947) is a Scottish actor who provides the voice for Sirius Black in the video game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and Sirius Black and the Staring Portrait in the video game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.^{[citation needed]}
