Desk Into Pig was a transforming spell that turned desks into pigs. It was a relatively advanced transfiguration spell.
History[]
During the 1985–1986 school year, Professor McGonagall used this spell to demonstrate her immense magical talent to Jacob's sibling and their classmates. Unimpressed, Merula Snyde tried to use the spell, however her wand backfired and she accidentally turned her nose into a pig's snout.[2]
Professor McGonagall used this spell as a demonstration for her class of first-years in 1991, then changed the pig back into a desk.[1]
