Biography[]
During 1996 and early 1997, they held the title of Director of the Investigation Department No. 61042 under Gawain Robards. The Death Eater wanted posters produced in 1996 were signed by this individual.
By 1997 and 1998, they had changed roles to being the Director of the Ministry Police. The Harry Potter Undesirable wanted posters issued in 1997 were signed by this individual.<ref name="DHF1">
