Dodge Roll or Combat Roll was a technique utilised by wizards to dodge enemy spells and projectiles. It was used in the late 19th century and became forgotten over time.[1]
Dodging occurred when a target changed its position or shape and as a consequence caused an attack to miss, in summary, it exploited the time window in which an attacker could not alter its attack pattern. Dodge rolling, in particular, focused on altering the position of the user in a horizontal plane.[1]
