This signed Beater's bat was given to the Dragon Club by Gwenog Jones after they helped her to deal with a cursed Bludger that she had created.[1]
History[]
At some point during her time at Hogwarts, Gwenog Jones had tried to charm a Bludger to attack opposing players, but ended up accidentally cursing it. To hide her shame, she hid it in a pillar in the Dragon Clubhouse. During the 1986–1987 school year, the Bludger got released and Jacob's sibling contacted Gwenog to help deal with it. Eventually the curse on the Bludger was lifted and Gwenog got all the members of the Holyhead Harpies to sign the bat, which she then gifted to the Dragon Club.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- Upon the completion of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, Year 3, "A DRAGON'S QUEST" Achievement, this bat appears in the Clubhouse as a tappie.
