Dragon dung was used as a fertiliser in Herbology at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[1]
History[]
In 1994, Fred and George Weasley sent dragon dung to their brother Percy to his work office at the British Ministry of Magic, under the pretence of it being a fertiliser sample from Norway.[5]
Around Hallowe'en 2010, when students were helping Rubeus Hagrid regrow his pumpkins, Neville Longbottom suggested using dragon dung to speed up the process.[6]
