Duelling in the Dark[1] was a seminar included in the training programme ministered by the Auror Office to those who successfully completed the stringent series of character and aptitude tests required to qualify for becoming an Auror-in-training.
It consisted of a lecture followed by a training exercise where the participants partake in sparring matches where they have to duel in complete darkness.
It was also part of the training offered to members of the Statute of Secrecy Task Force in 2019 who sought to pursue a career as an Auror at a time they were dealing with the consequences of the Calamity.
