Dulcibella Philbert was the wife of Agabus Philbert who lived in Hogsmeade in the late 19th century.[1]
Biography[]
Before her death, Dulcibella wrote a book of poetry. For her birthday, her husband, Agabus Philbert, had the book plated in gold. However, she died shortly before her birthday and never received the gift.[1]
When her husband spoke out against the Rookwood Gang, Theophilus Harlow retaliated by breaking into his house and stealing the poetry book while laughing at him. He later told the story to a Hogwarts student who located it in an Ashwinder hideout.[1]
