The Dursleys' next-door neighbour was a resident of either 2 Privet Drive or 6 Privet Drive.[1]
Biography[]
On 11 November 1981, Petunia Dursley told her husband, Vernon, that she had been spying on her neighbour, and found that she had been having problems with her daughter.[1]
It's possible that this is the next-door neighbour whose dog Dudley Dursley once ran over with his small, working toy tank (before July 1991).[2]
It's possible that she is the wife of Dursleys' male neighbour.
