The Dursleys' next-door neighbour was a resident of either 2 Privet Drive or 6 Privet Drive.[1]
Biography[]
In the summer of 1997, when Harry Potter one day screamed "lies!" while thinking about Rita Skeeter's article about Albus Dumbledore in the Daily Prophet, this man looked up nervously to Harry's window while he was mowing his lawn.[1] Later in the same day, as Harry was having a conversation with Vernon Dursley regarding the Order of the Phoenix's plan to protect the Dursley family, the man's lawn mower stalled.[2]
It's possible that this is the next-door neighbour whose dog Dudley Dursley once ran over with his small, working toy tank (before July 1991).[3]
It's possible that he is the husband of Mrs Next Door and the father of her daughter.
