Biography[]
Legacy[]
During the 1990–1991 school year, the Ministry Archivist and centenarian wizard Elton Elderberry was discussing the art of Degas, namely his paintings In a Cafe and The Blue Dancers with his dog Herbert Chewsworthy III in the Ministry All-Purpose Room. Herbert apparently thought the aforementioned was more interesting than the latter, but Elton disagreed.[1]
