Elephant and Castle was a neighbourhood of south London.[1]
This neighbourhood was one of several locations where Willy Widdershins made public toilets explode when flushed to play a practical joke on Muggles in the summer of 1995.[2]
In the summer of 1996, Arthur Weasley was called upon to investigate as "nasty" Backfiring Jinx in this neighbourhood, but members of the Magical Law Enforcement Patrol arrived on the scene first.[3]
