Elfin Sugar Crystals was a wizarding sugar brand. The label noted that it was ideal for use in sweetmeats, puddings, and confectionery.[2]

In 1926, Porpentina and Queenie Goldstein kept a box of the sugar in their New York apartment.[3] In 1992, the Weasleys had packages of Elfin Sugar Crystals in their kitchen at The Burrow.[4]
