Mr Midgen (fl.1996) was the father of Eloise Midgen.
Biography[]
He pulled his daughter out of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in early September 1996 for fear that her safety there was jeopardised by Lord Voldemort's return.[3]
