This enchanted crystallised stone could be created with ancient magic. It was used to block off certain areas or in creating transportation links between certain places.[1]
History[]
Known links were between Percival Rackham's house and Gringotts Wizarding Bank and between Isidora Morganach's house and the Undercroft. The crystallised stone could also be used to shift an individual between certain dimensions of sorts, such as in the trials of the Keepers, where going through a portal made by this stone would change the configuration of a room, or allow one to escape enemies.
