Eulalie Hicks owned a book that served as a Portkey.[1]

In 1932, Eulalie Hicks used this Portkey book to transport Jacob Kowalski and herself away from Kowalski Quality Baked Goods in New York, so they could start their mission for Albus Dumbledore.[1]
Later, during the Candidates' Dinner at the German Ministry of Magic, Eulalie used her Portkey book to transport herself and Jacob away from the ensuing magical chaos there.[1]
