FORM B was a document involved in the process of requisitions at the British Ministry of Magic.
History[]
During the Calamity in the late 2010s or early 2020s, Constance Pickering asked a Calamity Investigator working for the Statute of Secrecy Task Force to help streamline the task force's requisition process. The investigator modified a series of FORM Bs and MEMO 131s before eventually creating a process that resulted in eight new documents being added for every requisition request. However, the increased paperwork did help the investigator better return Foundables associated with the Ministry of Magic.[1]
