By at least the 2010s, a Calamity Investigator working for the Statute of Secrecy Task Force was invited to the town of Falmouth to act as a judge for a lobster bake-off. While taste-testing one of the entrant's dishes, the investigator noticed a hint of Wormwood Essence, which was a violation of the rules of the contest. The Calamity Investigator informed the event's organisers about the cheating attempt, much to their gratitude.[2]
