History[]
Lord Voldemort came to their home on 1 September 1997 in his search for the Elder Wand, but the mother of the family told him only that Gregorovitch no longer lived there and that they did not know him. Voldemort then murdered her and her two children with the Killing Curse. Harry Potter, sharing a telepathic connection with Voldemort, was forced to witness the family's misfortune, and felt sorry for them.[1]
