A feather duster was a cleaning tool that was typically made from a wooden dowel handle onto which feathers were wound with a wire.[1]
History[]
During the 1989–1990 school year, when Wilfred Levi Kidd attempted the Feather Duster to Ferret spell, he confused it with Gobstone to Skunk spell and turned the feather duster into a skunk instead.[2]
During the 2020–2021 school year, Delphini decided to travel in time back to the 1994–1995 Triwizard Tournament to humiliate Cedric Diggory, which would lead to the restoration of Lord Voldemort. She planned to make him fly out of the maze naked on a broomstick made of purple feather dusters. Her plan was, however, unsuccessful.[3]
