This Fire Crab lived in the Magical Creatures Reserve in the 1980s and 1990s.

Biography

During the 1980s or 1990s, this Fire Crab lived in the Scorched Vale in the Magical Creatures Reserve. Jacob's sibling would often bond with and feed this Fire Crab.

At some point, this Fire Crab was temporarily sent to the Fijian Fire Crab sanctuary in order to rescue a group of baby Fire Crabs from poachers.

During the 1990–1991 school year, this Fire Crab was brought into the Great Hall by Jacob's sibling in order to give Chiara Lobosca confidence about her skills in Charms. The Fire Crab accidentally got a small sandwich stuck in its throat, causing it to choke and appear agitated. Chiara successfully used Anapneo to remove the blockage. The Fire Crab then began to start producing fire, with Chiara quickly recommending that Jacob's sibling cast the Extinguishing Spell to put out the fire. Once Jacob's sibling had put out the Fire Crab's fire and it had been calmed down, it was brought safely back home to the reserve.

• The Fire Crab's name, just like all creatures in the Magical Creatures Reserve, can be customised by the player. The dialogue of the quest will subsequently change according to the name determined by the player.
