A fireproof balaclava was a garment that could protect either the wearer's head or both the wearer's head and face from fire. These balaclavas were used in dragoncare.[1][2]
History[]
In late August 1994, a week after the 1994 Quidditch World Cup final, Charlie Weasley spent time on the weekend darning a fireproof balaclava at The Burrow.[1]
