- — Albus Dumbledore[src]
Flaming kiwi cups were flaming desserts made of kiwi. Albus Dumbledore was fond of these, although he found them "quite treacherous" for those who, like himself, sported beards. Flaming kiwi cups were served at the 1993 Start-of-Term Feast at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
- This dessert is mentioned only in the script of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Dumbledore's line about it was cut from the film.
- This could be similar to the muggle concept of flambe.
