Florence was a witch and student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry at the same time as Bertha Jorkins. Bertha once caught Florence kissing a boy behind the Hogwarts greenhouses.[2]
Etymology
Florence Nightingale was a British nurse who helped heal soldiers in the Crimean War. Florence is also the English name for a city in Italy.
