The Flutterby bush is a magical plant that quiveres and shakes. It produces flowers once a century that adapt their scent to attract the unwary.[1]
History
Fourth year students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry learnt how to prune the bushes in Herbology class, during the 1994–1995 school year.[2]
In 1997, Molly Weasley planted two Flutterby bushes in the garden at The Burrow in preparation for the wedding of her son, Bill, to Fleur Delacour.[3]
