This scooter is a magically powered scooter. It is possible that Arthur Weasley enchanted it just like he did with his Ford Anglia and his various other Muggle artefacts.[1]

- In LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4, Harry Potter used this to escape the Acromantulas in the Forbidden Forest, while Ronald Weasley used the Flying Ford Anglia. This object also appears in the first bonus level at Gringotts, along with other grey and black coloured scooters. The Weasley family also seems to own this kind in red.
