A flying pig is a magical breed of pig. As reported by the Daily Prophet in the summer of 1994, two flying pigs caused an interference with Muggle air traffic. A certain crazy, ginger witch was implicated with this incident.[1]
Etymology
The existence of this creature is most likely inspired by the adynaton "when pigs fly".[2]
